For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. We will notify you either via email or phone if an item is unavailable. You have the option to respond and let us know if you would like the item replaced with something else, or if you would prefer to cancel your order. If your order is a standard shipped (UPS Ground, Free Ship, or USPS Priority) order we will wait 1 business day to hear back from you. If the order is an expedited order, we will wait to hear back from you by 3:00 Pacific Time. If we do not hear back from you, we will remove the out of stock goods from your order and ship the remainder of your order. You will only be charged for products that are shipped, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.
